Millennium’s ReconnectFIRST® service provides commercial and consumer financial institutions with an interim step to help avoid repossession or other action. Our network of professional service representatives will conduct field-service calls to deliver call-back documents and encourage debtors to reestablish communication with lenders – helping to keep consumers in their vehicles, business in operation, and increase net recoveries for the lender.
Field agents visit the site and provide inspection reports, photographs, and notes that provide valuable insights to the lender on the condition of the property, unit, or collateral. These reports and first-hand accounts provides additional information that helps lenders make informed decisions about next steps.
