Jayne Bronchetti
President
Jayne Bronchetti is President of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Jayne served as Executive Vice President from 2004 – 2011, an as President since 2011. Millennium is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). Jayne is one of two female owners. Jayne has executive management experience in the real estate industry at both public and large private companies specializing in marketing, sales, public relations and operations policy roles over a 30+ year career. Jayne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
Robert Bronchetti
CEO
Robert Bronchetti is Founder and CEO of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Bob was recognized in 2016 as one of the leading auto finance CEO’s by SubPrime Auto Finance News. Bob founded Millennium in 1999, and was one of the first to recognize the important role of compliance in the industry. In recent years, Mr. Bronchetti has been focused on utilizing technology, and incorporating big data expertise and industry best practices to add value for clients. Bob is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Steve Todd
Senior VP & Chief Operating Officer
Steve Todd is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Steve joined Millennium in 2009 after an extensive career in sales management, sales planning, and marketing. Steve leads Millennium’s client-focused organization, including its proprietary MetrikDataTM process in its skip tracing unit, and industry-leading performance for many of America’s top 20 lenders. Steve has an MBA from the University of Dallas and a BS degree from Bowling Green State University.
Jeffrey Marsh
Chief Business Development Officer
Jeffrey Marsh is Chief Business Development Officer of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. A business executive with expertise in cultivating long-term customer relationship to drive value, Jeff joined Millennium in 2015. Jeff’s experience includes national and international business leadership and negotiating deals deals with Fortune 500 companies, and include being president an 850 person private company. Jeff has a BS degree from Plymouth State University and PDM certification from The Bloch School of Business UMKC.
Alison Kinnear
Chief Compliance Officer
Alison Kinnear is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Alison joined Millennium in March, 2015 and is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional by the National Automotive Finance Association. Alison leads Millennium’s annual SOC2 TYPE2 certification and oversees Millennium’s industry-leading consumer complaint management system and overall Compliance Management System (CMS).
Rick O’Connell

Rick O’Connell is Director of Client Integration and Sales at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation where he leads custom-designed solutions tailored to each clients needs. Rick has served as Director of National Sales and Customer Relations since 2006. Rick’s experience spans 25 years in sales management, operations, and customer service leadership roles. Rick has a degree in Computer Technology from the Cleveland Institute of Technology.
Geoffery Pope
Director of Compliance & Technology
Geoff Pope is Director of Compliance and Technology at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Geoff oversees all aspects of technology, security, and compliance standards. Geoff directs Millennium’s digital interface, client systems integration, and backup procedures, all while maintaining a state of the art secure chain of custody of information.
Michael Upperman

Michael Upperman is Director of Customer Team Operations at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. In short, he is the person that gets the job done. Performance?
