Jason Collins is a seasoned financial services executive with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recovery operations. Most recently, he co-founded Spring Oaks Capital, where he also served as Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s growth from startup to over $100 million in annual revenue as a national accounts receivable debt buyer focused on distressed consumer portfolios.
Prior to founding Spring Oaks Capital, Jason spent 20 years at MBNA/Bank of America, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Legal Recovery. In addition to leading enterprise legal recovery strategy across a nationwide network of law firms—where he doubled gross legal recoveries over four years—he managed large-scale recovery operations across U.S. and offshore vendor networks, overseeing up to 1,600 FTE. He drove significant performance improvements through strategic vendor segmentation, disciplined performance management, and operational optimization, while strengthening best-in-class compliance and governance programs.
Jason has led enterprise operations across collections, legal recovery, compliance, vendor management, analytics, and portfolio strategy, leveraging data-driven decision-making, technology, and scalable operating models to drive results. He is known for building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence in complex, highly regulated environments.


Jeffrey Marsh is Chief Revenue Officer of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. A business executive with expertise in cultivating long-term customer relationships to drive value, Jeff joined Millennium in 2015 and has provided strategic direction, planning and business development.  In 2016, Jeff was named one of the industry’s “Trailblazers, Disruptors, and Innovators” in the auto finance industry by SubPrime Auto Finance News. Jeff has a BS degree from Plymouth State University and PDM certification from The Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.


 

Don Gordon is Chief Operating Officer of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Don was a former Senior Vice President at Bank of America with a proven track record in leadership and customer service. Previously, Don managed the Legal Recovery channel for various loan products. Don began his career at Bank of America in 1999 and has held various leadership positions across Credit, Customer Satisfaction, and Collections. He actively participated in the bank’s Management Development Program, honing his leadership skills.


Joe has been with Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation since 2015. Joe has over 20 years of experience in finance including audit, tax, asset management, financial analysis, investments, real estate, and banking relationships. Prior to joining Millennium, Joe spent 13 years with BDO, a Top 5 national public accounting firm. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron and holds a Certified Public Accounting license in the State of Ohio.


Tim is an experienced executive with expertise in database management, business process automation, financial analysis, and business analytics. He has over 12 years of experience in these functional areas, with the last 10 years spent in ARM industries. His current responsibilities include oversight of the company’s data strategy, including both the production database and the business intelligence system. In addition, Tim’s team is responsible for providing analytical and business process automation support for the company’s operating units. Tim holds a BAS in Management from Florida SouthWestern State College and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Chuck Sockol is Vice President – Business Development of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation and is a 20+ year veteran of field service organizations spanning several industries.  He has been on both the automotive and mortgage sides of financial services, as well as the technology supporting those services.  His role at Millennium spans nationwide recovery management, skip trace, impound services, transport management, and especially their 3rd and 4th party vendor management services, including their software platform VendorRisk. Chuck is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and many years of continuing education.


Geoff Pope is Chief Compliance and Technology Officer at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Geoff has been an integral part of Millennium since 2007; having served in business development prior to his current role. Geoff is a Certified Consumer Credit Compliance Professional by the National Automobile Finance Association (NAF). Geoff oversees all aspects of technology, security, and compliance standards.
