Robert Bronchetti is Founder and CEO of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation and has an extensive career in the finance industry. Bob was recognized as one of the leading auto finance CEO’s of 2016 by SubPrime Auto Finance News. Bob founded Millennium in 1999 and was one of the first to recognize the important role of compliance in the industry. In recent years, Mr. Bronchetti has been focused on utilizing technology, and incorporating big data expertise and industry best practices to add value for clients. Bob is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jeffrey Marsh is Chief Managing Officer and Executive Vice President of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. A business executive with expertise in cultivating long-term customer relationships to drive value, Jeff joined Millennium in 2015 and has provided strategic direction, planning and business development. In 2016, Jeff was named one of the industry’s “Trailblazers, Disruptors, and Innovators” in the auto finance industry by SubPrime Auto Finance News. Jeff has a BS degree from Plymouth State University and PDM certification from The Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Scott Wilson is Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Scott is responsible for Millennium’s development of Millennium’s suite of proprietary BI dashboards that monitor daily functions reflecting both internal and external SLA key performance indicators (KPI’s). This centralized business intelligence system will bring real time reporting of KPI performance metrics to Millennium clients. Scott has 25+ years of experience in performance analytics, operations, and process improvement. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Geoff Pope is Chief Compliance and Technology Officer at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Geoff has been an integral part of Millennium since 2007; having served in business development prior to his current role. Geoff is a Certified Consumer Credit Compliance Professional by the National Automobile Finance Association (NAF). Geoff oversees all aspects of technology, security, and compliance standards. Geoff has a BS degree from West Virginia University.

Diana Moeglin is Vice President of Business Services of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Diana holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and brings extensive experience in the transportation and automotive industry. Diana’s leadership and expertise in supply chain solutions, sales operations, and analytics and systems drives strategic and tactical objectives for Millennium and our clients in pre- and post-recovery operations and services.

Michael Upperman is a Managing Director of Operations at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Mike joined Millennium in 2011 and is responsible for auto captives and large banks in all aspects of their business: performance, compliance, and best-in-class value-added service. Mike leads Millennium’s License Plate Recognition (LPR) operations, including our network of LPR agents. Mike is dedicated to leading Millennium’s teams for top performance 24/7 LPR live hit recoveries. Mike holds a BA degree in Finance from the University of Toledo.

Joseph McKoski, CPA, is Director of Finance & Control at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation, and has been with Millennium since 2015. Joe’s experience in finance includes auditing, compliance, asset management, and banking relationships when he was with BDO, SS&G, and other leading accounting and management firms. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Akron.

Rick O’Connell is Managing Director of Operations at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation where he leads custom-designed solutions tailored to each client’s particular needs. Rick provides leadership to client integrations with RDN, iRepo, AutoIMS and other systems. Rick’s experience spans 25 years in sales management, operations, and customer service leadership roles, including nearly 12 years with Millennium. Rick has a degree in Computer Technology from the Cleveland Institute of Technology.

Mike has been with Millennium for over 14 years and has played a pivotal role in developing Millennium’s nationwide network of more than 600 independent agents. Robert Burleson is a Senior Manager of Operations of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Robert is based in California and is a Qualified Manager (QM), license number RAQ 00100171, issued by the State of California’s Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and a longtime member of the California Association of License Repossessors (CALR) and is a recipient of The President’s Award for that organization.

Carolyn Brown is a Manager of Quality Teams in Business Services at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation. Carolyn joined Millennium in 2015 and was an integral part of Millennium’s compliance and audit team prior to this role. Carolyn’s previous experience includes National City Bank and Washington Trust Company. Carolyn has an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a BS degree in Technical Management.
